Don't stress! If you believe your order has been lost by the post office, please reach out to us after checking your tracking status. It is uncommon for items to be lost in transit, but we can initiate a missing package search and help get the issue resolved. 

We take pride in delivering your treasures intact, so we ship most products in a snuggly padded mailer. But when it comes to delicate earrings and breakable items, we don't mess around - we pack them in tough corrugated boxes. The shipping cost includes both postage and all the necessary packaging doodads to ensure a safe arrival!

Orders shipped within the U.S. are sent via USPS Priority Mail or First Class (depending on your choices at checkout). International orders to Canada are accepted but delivery outside of the U.S. cannot be guaranteed.

We appreciate and ask for your patience during these times. Shipping carriers can sometimes experience influxes in orders that might overwhelm and skew shipment timeframes.

If you haven’t already, sign up for updates on your package through the shipping carrier by referencing your tracking number.

Please try checking with your neighbors and your local postal office. Sometimes carriers will mark packages as being “delivered”, but not actually deliver them until the next day or later in the evening.

We do recommend reaching out to your local post office as a first point of contact. If you are unable to track down your package, please let us know by sending your name and order number with a description of the issue you are experiencing.

We will accept returns of current merchandise in its original condition and original packaging within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise noted. If the item and packaging is not in it's original condition, we will contact you letting you know that we cannot accept your return.

We're sorry, but there are items we cannot accept returns for:

  · Discounted merchandise (all sale items are final sale)
  · Pierced earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
  · Customized products

All of our stud earrings are plated in 22k gold. The metal underneath is lead free and nickel free.

Since our stainless steel posts are made by a third party, we can not guarantee that our earrings are 100% nickel-free. If you are aware of a severe nickel allergy, these novelty earrings may not be a good fit for you.

To prevent inventory issues, we do not separate packaged pairs of mismatched earrings. Consider ordering 2 pairs and sharing the extra earrings with a friend.

Once we heat seal these bags, it's like sealing off a secret vault! We're as clueless as a detective without a magnifying glass! So, unfortunately, we can't guarantee which styles you'll receive. It's like opening a present and hoping for the best!

These universal locking backs offer the best protection for pins and require no specialized tools. They can take a little practice to remove as they hold the pin very tightly. Locking pin backs are perfect for bag straps, shoes, jackets and any place that you want added security.

How to use them:

To secure the back, slide it onto the pin post as you would with other clasps or clutches. When removing the locking back, pull its two parts in opposite directions to release the internal locking system. This typically requires both hands.
