Net terms are only available to long-standing customers with good credit.

Orders are processed as they are received; if you have a specific due date or cancel date, let us know when you place your order. If you are looking for your order to ship complete, please note that ship times may be delayed, but we work diligently to keep all items in stock when possible.

You are responsible for all duties / taxes / brokerage your government or local courier may charge you. These charges are not listed on your invoice, or in any way included in the funds you pay to LuxCups.

Bounced checks are subject to a $40.00 fee.

You have 14 days from time of receiving an order to notify us of damaged or faulty merchandise. In order to return damaged or defective merchandise you must contact us prior to returning the merchandise.

Refused orders will result in a $25.00 charge back. You will also be responsible for all return shipping charges associated with the return of your canceled order.

All products are individually packaged without UPC stickers. A UPC spreadsheet of our products is available by request.

We ask you keep your retail pricing as close to ours where applicable. We understand international retailers have to adjust price in order to accommodate differences in taxes / duties / shipping etc, we just ask you keep our pricing in mind when applicable.
